Holiday Shipping Note

Regarding our holiday shipping schedule to ensure your order arrives safely and in the best condition.

All of our frozen products are carefully packed with dry ice in foam boxes, which are designed to maintain proper temperature for up to 4 days. To avoid any risk of packages being held in transit over the weekend by the shipping carrier, we only ship frozen products on Mondays.

Based on the UPS holiday schedule, any orders containing frozen items that were placed after December 15 will be placed on hold and shipped on January 5. This allows us to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered without unnecessary delays and arrives safely for use.

We appreciate your understanding, as this approach helps us maintain the quality and safety of our frozen products during the holiday season.
